Michael Vance Contracting, LLC opened for business in February 2005. MVC Rentals was started to manage our rental property investments. We are family-owned and operated right here in Hopkinsville, KY, with a convenient location at 1480 Glass Avenue.
Michael Vance has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in commercial, residential, and customized construction and roofing.
Michael and Kerry have been married for 30 years. They have three children that have all taken part in the daily operation of the business. We are a family dedicated to giving back to our community.
We are committed to helping our customers find their dream home and then working together to take care of it. We will take care of the construction if you take care of the day-to-day!
Because we also operate a specialized construction company, you can be sure that our units will be quality living spaces cared for by professionals.
