Keep your noise level low
Remember, if you are in an apartment complex, be mindful you are in close proximity to your neighbors. Keep voices, music, and TV volume down and restrain from slamming and banging. Multiple noise complaints from your neighbors, can result in penalties, fines, or eviction.
At MVC Rentals, we want to promote a positive living experience for all of our tenants. To ensure a peaceful environment, please adhere to the following courtesy reminders.
Pets
All pets must be approved by MVC Rentals and a pet deposit must be made PRIOR to getting a pet. Please contact our office for pet regulations. Please keep all pets on a leash when outdoors.
Late Fees
All rent is due on the first day of every month. A $15 late fee will be applied to all balance not paid in full, by the 5th of every month. Another $15 late fee will be applied to all balances not paid in full, by the 10th of the month. MVC Rentals understands that sometimes unexpected expenses come up. If you are going to be late on your rent, please call our office.
